                 Loy Kratong is the most important festival and celebrated annually in all parts of Thailand. It takes place on the full moon of the 12th month in the traditional Thai lunar calendar but the date will change every year, it normally falls in November.    They celebrate this festival for paying respect to Kongka Mother, who is the goddess of the water . The Kratong -banana basket- made of the natural material, such as, banana leaves, banana trees, coconut leaves and flowers.
