Loy Kratong Festival

      

          Loy Kratong is the most important festival and celebrated annually in all parts of Thailand. It takes place on the full moon of the 12th month in the traditional Thai lunar calendar but the date will change every year, it normally falls in November. 

  They celebrate this festival for paying respect to Kongka Mother, who is the goddess of the water. The Kratong -banana basket- made of the natural material, such as, banana leaves, banana trees, coconut leaves and flowers. And another material that we have to put in  Kratong are three joss sticks and a candle.  The people prayed and wished before floating it. The places that people usually go for floating are the river nearby their home, the temples or the popular landmarks in Bangkok, such as, Asiatique The Riverfront, Lumphini Park, and  Memorial Bridge. After that, there is a beauty’s contest called Nang Nopphamat, who is the most beautiful and good manners. 
              This is the holy festival. Thai people believed that it will bring a good things into their lives, so it will be great if you join this festival with your special person, such as, your parents, your friends, and your lovers.

    First sentence i think Kratong is not correct should be "Krathong" and "a good things", you wrote , i think if you had "a" don't put "s" after thing. Your point 9.

    Such a great festival. Your writing is so good but i could notice one little mistake.
    From the sentence - Thai people believed that it will bring a good things into their lives- i think you should cut "A" out.

My girls This picture was taken last year when my friends and I went to the party together.  Supapan is on the far right who wears a striped dress and glasses. She is a tall girl who has nice curly hair and nice teeth, that's why her smile so beautiful. Supapan is a dog lover. For instance, one day she saw a thin dog on the side of the street looked tired so she gave it her water and touch it gently. Her heart is so beautiful.  In addition, she is a very creative girl.
